Why can’t I access my account? What can I do?
If you are having a problem logging in to your account, or seeing the error message "Invalid Login Details", there may be a number of reasons for this:
- The email/ password combination you are entering is incorrect.
- There is a spelling mistake in the email/ password you have entered. To avoid this please ensure there are no spaces before, or after your email/ password. And, that you have double checked the spelling of both.
If you are still experiencing login issues, you can reset your password through forgot password option.
