Unfortunately it is very difficult to run background checks on all tutors as such resources are only available to government institutions. But, we do try to verify tutor’s identity through asking for his/her valid document’s scanned copy (i.e. degree, government identity card, passport or driving license). Furthermore, we believe that taking interview via phone call or video call may give you good judgment about the tutor.
