How safe my payments are with DocExams?
We offer different protection layers for our tutors to ensure smooth delivery of all payments collected from students. Your earning for each course/tuition is put in escrow (on hold) with us until decided course/tuition is completed successfully. However, under some circumstances as listed below we cannot guarantee smooth payment to you.
- Tutor who repeatedly breaks one or more of our code of conduct.
- If enrolled student(s) ask for refund within 7 days of course/tuition start date.
- If during (after 7 days) or at the end of the course, enrolled student(s) claim that course/topic is not completed as planned or student(s) is not satisfied. Any such claims will be dealt with utmost care at DocExams, we will investigate such disputes and will safeguard the right of both parties.
